Free postal entry
A genuine free postal-entry route forms part of the launch model. Valid free entries must join the same eligible draw population as valid paid entries and must not be technically disadvantaged.
No competition is currently open for entries. The published competition page will identify its approved prize and entry conditions.
Final postal instructions are not yet published. The postal address, required information, receipt deadline, validation rules and final Terms must be supplied or approved by Cotswold Partnership and its advisers before public launch. We will not invent an address or compliance wording.
The administration system is being structured to record receipt date, entrant details, competition, validation status, allocated entry number, administrator and any rejection reason, with a retained audit trail.
