How it works
This is the agreed customer journey for the launch platform. Checkout, entry allocation and draw execution remain disabled until the selected payment/draw services and final legal rules are commissioned.

Secure checkout
Complete checkout with the approved merchant provider. Raw card details are never stored by Cotswold Partnership.

Receive entry numbers
After confirmed payment, the competition system allocates unique entry numbers and sends a transactional confirmation.

Free entry stays equal
Valid postal entries are administered into the same eligible draw population under the approved Terms.

Competition closes
At the approved closing point new entries stop and the final eligible population is retained for audit.

Auditable draw
The winner is selected using the approved verifiably random or independent draw process, with evidence retained and the verified result published.
